Context: ETECNIC operates in a dynamic and competitive environment where commercial excellence and customer experience are key drivers of sustainable growth. Beyond delivering charging infrastructure and services, ETECNIC’s sales teams play a central role in helping clients succeed financially by designing business models that maximize the value of electric mobility solutions. Customers increasingly expect clear, tailored, and value-driven commercial proposals that reflect their specific needs and business objectives. However, traditional proposal processes are often based on static documents and fragmented tools, limiting personalization, scalability, and visibility into how customers interact with offers once delivered. ETECNIC already has a solid digital foundation, including an ERP system with a structured catalogue of products and services and a CRM platform (Zoho) for commercial management and KPIs. The challenge is to evolve the commercial offering process into an intelligent, interactive, and data-driven experience, fully integrated with the existing ecosystem.
The Challenge: We are looking for an applied digital solution that enables ETECNIC’s commercial teams to create intelligent, personalized, and interactive commercial offers, transforming proposals into a strategic lever for customer experience, trust, and sales effectiveness. The solution should provide sales teams with a fast, flexible, and user-friendly digital environment to build offers using existing products, services, and business models, while allowing customers to interact with those offers in a traceable and dynamic way. The system should capture interaction data, support digital signature workflows, and provide real-time feedback to sales teams. The ultimate goal is to hyperpersonalize the commercial experience, shorten sales cycles, increase conversion rates, and continuously improve offers and business models, while integrating seamlessly with ERP and CRM systems.
Specific Functional Scope: The solution should cover the following capabilities:
