We’re seeking solutions to:

  • Predictive maintenance and intelligent asset optimisation

  • Digital twins for real-time operational and cargo management

  • Automated aircraft damage detection and inspection

  • Robotics for ground handling, baggage and warehouse operations

  • Autonomous or smart ground service equipment to improve turnaround performance

  • AI-driven scheduling and optimisation (stands, crew, capacity planning)

  • AI copilots to accelerate planning, execution and interaction with technical documentation

  • Inventory and spare parts forecasting and optimisation

The collaboration with selected start-ups will be delivered through the IAGi Accelerator Programme, IAG’s open innovation platform.

Within a structured 12-week proof of value, start-ups work directly with an IAG Airline or Operating Company to address a live business challenge and test their solution in real operational conditions.

The programme is designed to enable rapid validation, with a clear pathway to scale and potential commercial deployment following successful outcomes.
