We are looking to connect with companies or professionals experienced in pasteurization processes for substrates used in mushroom cultivation. Our focus is on sustainable materials such as straw, banana leaves, and other agricultural by-products. We are exploring different pasteurization methods to improve efficiency, consistency, and food safety in our substrate preparation. We’re especially interested in low-energy or environmentally friendly approaches that support sustainable gourmet mushroom production.
