Professor/Researcher at University of Murcia

About

We have developed a platform with many different assays where we can test the potential health benefits of large number of new food/ingredients. Furthermore, the potential effect of bioactive compound could be performed, as well as, the study of microbiota modifications after food digestion and the effect on simulated gut inflammation.
Our in vitro technology platform has been extensively validated and our models are continuously improved and extended in order to obtain maximal quality and predictive value.
