Who We Are
Benet Solutions is a Central Finland–based consultancy delivering services in renewable energy, energy efficiency, solutions for climate resilience and ecological planning. Our mission is to create climate-resilient and net-zero rural areas by implementing clean transition and nature-based solutions in small municipalities. We work through research, capacity building, guideline tool development, and collaborative partnerships to support sustainable outcomes.
What do we do
At Benet Solutions we participate and collaborate in national and EU research projects to develop new knowledge and actionable solutions to address the climate-related challenges in rural areas.
We design and implement initiatives that support clean energy transition, promote solutions to reduce emissions, protect habitats, and encourage sustainable practices that align with European climate frameworks and targets.
Over ten years of international networking and more than 50 completed projects.
Support and Capacity Building
We produce guidelines, education materials and toolkits to support decision makers, business advisors, and individuals for easy adaptation and transition to achieve net zero, carbon neutrality and biodiversity protection.
Research & Collaboration
We integrate research and evidence into our work to enhance the quality of interventions, support evaluation, and share insights that inform policy and practice. Our partnerships span local, national, and international actors across sectors to strengthen impact.
Working Areas
Net-zero and climate actions are very prominent in urban areas. Small municipalities and rural areas lack expertise and funding to overcome these challenges. Benet Solutions’ operations focus on supporting rural areas to become more sufficient, climate-resilient and achieve net-zero goals.
