About
Housing for IDP is a Ukrainian charity foundation focused on developing sustainable social housing solutions for internally displaced persons and other vulnerable groups affected by the war.
Our mission is not only to provide temporary shelter, but to create dignified, long-term living environments that support integration, stability, and recovery. We work at the intersection of real estate, humanitarian response, and community development.
Since our establishment, we have implemented projects across multiple regions of Ukraine, including the reconstruction of a dormitory into a modern Socialization Center for 19 families, as well as housing initiatives in Vinnytsia region. Our projects combine housing with social infrastructure such as children’s spaces and community areas.
We collaborate with international partners, including developers, foundations, and local authorities, to create scalable models of social housing. Our approach emphasizes transparency, efficiency, and long-term impact, with administrative costs maintained below 5% and externally audited financial processes.
Looking ahead, we are developing new projects, including a 40-apartment social housing initiative, and working on a scalable affordable housing model that can be replicated across Ukraine.
We are open to partnerships with donors, investors, and organizations who share our vision of rebuilding Ukraine through housing and community resilience.
