Post-AI Systems, specialise in the design, implementation, and governance of AI ecosystems for organisations and complex, multi-actor projects. My work goes beyond isolated AI tools, focusing on agent-based and orchestrated AI systems that integrate data, digital tools, and human decision-makers into coherent operational environments.

We design AI agents and agentic workflows that support end-to-end processes such as analysis, coordination, knowledge management, reporting, and delivery. A core application of this work is the use of advanced AI systems to design, structure, and write European Commission project proposals, improving consistency, speed, and strategic alignment across complex consortia. I also support AI-focused projects by helping teams translate technical innovation into credible programme designs, delivery structures, and governance models.

In parallel, we bring long-standing expertise in democratic and civic innovation, including participatory processes, public-interest technology, and policy-oriented programmes. This allows me to support projects that combine AI, governance, and democratic values, particularly in public-sector, research, and mission-driven contexts.

Our approach combines more than 15 years of experience in European and public-interest programmes with hands-on AI automation and orchestration. Strong emphasis is placed on governance, accountability, and human oversight, ensuring that AI-enabled operations remain transparent, compliant, and controllable, while enabling new AI-driven ways of working that conventional automation cannot deliver.
