PhD in Psychology and researcher at the University of Cádiz, with expertise in human behaviour, motivation, and performance in high-demand and technologically complex environments. My work includes participation in the ESA-related UCAnFly project (Fly Your Satellite! programme), focusing on learning, communication, and team dynamics in aerospace contexts.

My research explores psychological, cognitive, and motivational variables that influence performance, decision-making, and collaboration in multidisciplinary teams operating under high pressure. I am particularly interested in the interaction between humans, technology, and complex systems, including hybrid human-AI environments.

I have contributed to projects examining human factors in extreme contexts, integrating educational, organisational, and technological perspectives. My work bridges educational psychology and applied human factors research, with implications for aerospace, innovation, and advanced technological sectors.
