Context and Past Experience: The Planning Office of ASEC Confesercenti acts as a single point of entry for a diversified innovation ecosystem. We have consolidated experience in coordinating public-private partnerships, territorial intelligence, and urban regeneration (e.g., URBACT IV METACITY). We specialize in bridging the gap between high-tech research and real-world territorial implementation.

Expertise and Assets Offered:

Public Administration: Direct access to the Municipality of Campobasso as a Pilot Site for smart urban transition and climate adaptation.
Digital Infrastructure: Proprietary high-speed fiber network and professional LED/Video manufacturing (Smart Lighting & Immersive Media) for urban monitoring and citizen engagement.
Health & Research: Access to a network of Research Hospitals and clinical centers for validating Virtual Human Twin (VHT) models and AI-driven healthcare tools.
Green Energy: Integration of local renewable energy providers for smart grid and energy community pilots.
VET & Training: Certified training body (ASEC Formazione) for digital upskilling, social impact analysis, and large-scale results dissemination.

Cooperation Sought: We are looking to join consortia led by Universities, RTOs, or large industrial players as a Territorial and Technology Partner. We provide the physical infrastructure and the "living lab" environment necessary for TRL 6-8 validation in Horizon Europe and DUT projects.
