About

This software is a Territorial Digital Twin platform designed to analyse land‑use dynamics, monitor spatial indicators and visualise long‑term territorial change across large regions. It integrates INSPIRE‑compliant geospatial layers, LULC datasets, administrative boundaries and environmental indicators into a unified analytical environment.

The system provides an interactive European map, multi‑layer visualisation tools and a time‑series engine that allows users to explore how urban expansion, forest cover, fragmentation and protected areas evolve over decades. It supports scenario exploration, policy evaluation and spatial‑planning workflows.

Key capabilities include:

Land‑use and land‑cover visualisation with INSPIRE‑compliant layers
Territorial indicators such as urban expansion, forest cover, fragmentation and protected‑area ratios
Time‑series analysis from 1990 to the present for detecting long‑term trends
Geospatial overlays including NUTS boundaries, river basins, urban areas and protected zones
