Synthetic Medical Imaging Engine for Controllable 3D Anatomy and Pathology Generation

Founder & Independent Researcher – EU‑Recognised SME at TORMENTA‑IA3, SL

About

This software is an advanced synthetic medical imaging platform designed to generate high‑fidelity 3D CT‑like volumes with fully controllable anatomy and pathology. It enables researchers, clinicians and AI developers to create custom datasets with adjustable organ size, lesion characteristics and output resolution, providing a flexible environment for training, validation and simulation workflows.

The system offers multi‑view rendering (axial, coronal, sagittal), voxel‑level segmentation labels and parameter‑driven generation, allowing users to define organ type, pathology type, lesion size and anatomical variations. It supports multiple output resolutions and produces consistent anatomical structures suitable for algorithm development and medical‑imaging research.

Key capabilities include:

  • Synthetic 3D medical image generation with adjustable anatomy and pathology

  • Organ‑level control (liver, pancreas, stomach, colon, etc.)

  • Pathology modelling (tumors, lesions and structural abnormalities)

  • Size and morphology parameters for both organs and pathologies

  • High‑resolution volumetric output (256³, 512³, 768³ voxels)

  • Multi‑plane visualisation (axial, coronal, sagittal)

  • Automatic segmentation labels for organs and lesions

  • Cloud‑connected processing for scalable generation workflows

Designed for medical‑AI teams, imaging researchers and simulation environments, the platform enables rapid dataset creation, controlled experimentation and reproducible imaging scenarios without relying on patient data.
