Carbon Intelligence Digital Twin for Building Portfolio Assessment

Founder & Independent Researcher – EU‑Recognised SME at TORMENTA‑IA3, SL

About

This software is a Carbon Intelligence Digital Twin designed to evaluate, monitor and optimise the environmental performance of building portfolios. It integrates lifecycle carbon modelling, operational emissions tracking and material circularity analysis into a unified, data‑driven platform.

The system provides interactive dashboards, comparative building analytics and carbon breakdown visualisations, enabling users to understand embodied and operational emissions over multi‑decade horizons. It supports scenario exploration, retrofit evaluation and long‑term sustainability planning.

Key capabilities include:

  • Lifecycle carbon modelling (embodied + operational emissions)

  • Portfolio‑level analytics for multiple buildings and asset types

  • Carbon intensity metrics normalised by floor area

  • Circularity scoring based on material reuse potential and design strategies

  • Comparative charts for building‑to‑building performance benchmarking

  • Carbon breakdown visualisation for fast identification of emission drivers

  • Long‑term projections for 30‑year or custom lifecycle horizons

  • Data‑driven insights to support decarbonisation strategies and retrofit planning

Designed for sustainability teams, asset managers, architects and environmental analysts, the platform enables transparent carbon accounting, evidence‑based decision‑making and strategic optimisation of building portfolios.
