About
Our team is a highly motivated research unit operating within a recognized Center of Excellence dedicated to Virology and Clinical Microbiology. We combine rigorous academic expertise with a passion for scientific discovery, focusing on the complex interactions between pathogens and host immunity. With extensive experience in Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies, we provide high-resolution insights into microbial genetics and viral evolution.
Currently, we are expanding our horizons and are eager to collaborate on innovative projects centered on the microbiome and its critical role in cancer progression and treatment response. Our laboratory is fully equipped to handle complex metagenomic workflows, from library preparation to advanced bioinformatics analysis. We believe that integrating our deep microbiological knowledge with oncological research can unlock new therapeutic frontiers. We invite potential partners to join us in pushing the boundaries of precision medicine and microbial ecology to improve global health outcomes.
