Paris Climate Agency is a public agency supporting the City of Paris and metropolitan stakeholders in the implementation of ambitious climate, energy, and adaptation policies. PCA acts as a neutral facilitator, technical expert, and innovation enabler, bridging public authorities, citizens, SMEs, and civil society.
