About
Arctik (Arctik SRL) is a Brussels-based communication consultancy specialising in European affairs, sustainability and science communication. We support Horizon Europe consortia from proposal stage to implementation with strategic, creative and evidence-based communication that strengthens impact, uptake and policy relevance.
What we bring to your consortium: we design and implement communication, dissemination approaches aligned with Horizon Europe expectations, translating complex results into clear narratives and actionable outputs for targeted audiences (policy, practitioners, industry, civil society and citizens). We build and animate communities, foster meaningful stakeholder dialogue, and amplify results through digital channels, media relations and tailored content formats.
Operational delivery (end-to-end): branding and visual identity; editorial production (web stories, policy briefs, newsletters, factsheets); website design and content management; social media strategy and campaign delivery; audio-visual production; event and conference design and delivery (online, hybrid, onsite), including participant journeys and engagement formats; and, where relevant, evaluation support.
