Expertise offer: Joint demonstration of solutions to build soil resilience to extreme weather events and support food security
Project Engineer / Remote Sensing and GIS Specialist at Blue Horizon Sarl

About
We specialise in rehabilitating degraded areas with bio-based solutions that build soil resilience to extreme weather, e.g. drought. Our Green Earth program (https://greenearthprogram.org/)) combats desertification using biological soil crusts, which improve for example soil organic carbon, water retention and nutrient availability. We also monitor soils and land degradation at high resolution using Earth Observation. If your team is preparing a proposal and seeking a partner with expertise in bio-based soil solutions, we’d be glad to connect.
