Hydroclimatic intelligence pilots to bridge climate adaptation planning and disaster risk management

The Nettuniani is an early stage climate technology startup developing a hydroclimatic intelligence platform for European municipalities exposed to increasing flood risks.

We seek project cooperation for Horizon Europe Mission proposals, with a focus on bridging long term climate adaptation planning and operational disaster risk management at local authority level.

Our contribution can include pilot design and implementation with municipalities, data integration and decision support workflows, and validation of preparedness, monitoring, and prediction use cases. The approach combines satellite and meteorological data, high resolution terrain modelling, and local monitoring to support preparedness actions, response coordination, and post event documentation.

We are looking to join a consortium as a pilot and technical contributor, collaborating with public authorities, civil protection actors, research teams, and solution providers to develop replicable municipal level demonstrations and practical methods that can scale across regions.
