About

Our Psychiatry and Mental Health research groups are looking to join consortia preparing proposals under the Horizon Europe Mission Cancer 2026 calls, particularly those addressing the interaction between cancer and mental health, patient-centred care, survivorship, and quality of life.

Our multidisciplinary teams combine expertise in clinical psychiatry, psycho-oncology, psychology, epidemiology, public health, health services research, implementation science, and digital health. We have extensive experience in designing and conducting multicentre studies, longitudinal cohorts, clinical trials, mixed-methods research, and implementation and evaluation of complex health interventions.

We are interested in collaborating with universities, research institutes, comprehensive cancer centres, hospitals, SMEs, public authorities, patient organisations, and other stakeholders developing competitive proposals for the Mission Cancer 2026 programme.
