In the heart of Montenero di Bisaccia, where the Adriatic Sea meets the breezes of the Majella mountains, our Organic Molise P.D.O. Cantigallo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is born. Here, our Cantigallo Grand Cru—situated between 135 and 155 meters above sea level—serves as the cradle for young trees of the indigenous Gentile di Larino, Nociara, and Leccino varieties. The result is a true organic essence of a sun-drenched landscape fragrant with aromatic herbs.

Our production follows a rigorous organic regime, in full respect of the local biodiversity. In fact, our agricultural practices sustain the local ecosystem: the presence of foxes, badgers, and bees bears witness to our commitment to safeguarding flora and fauna. Bees, in particular, play a crucial role in pollination, significantly contributing to the preservation of biodiversity.
