Noi di Pozzo Serpi coltiviamo le nostre mandorle con amore e rispetto per la terra, nel cuore della Puglia. I nostri mandorleti, gestiti con tecniche innovative come il sistema Zaragoza, ci permettono di avere piante basse e molto produttive, che ci regalano frutti già a partire dal terzo anno.
Lavoriamo principalmente due varietà: la Garibaldina, forte e decisa, e la Filippo Cea, dolce e cremosa, riconosciuta anche come presidio Slow Food. Raccogliamo ogni mandorla a mano e la lavoriamo con cura artigianale, per mantenere intatti i sapori, i profumi e la qualità. Ti offriamo mandorle naturali, per gustarne la purezza; tostate e salate, perfette per uno snack saporito; oppure pralinate, se cerchi un piacere dolce e croccante. At Pozzo Serpi, we grow our almonds with love and deep respect for the land, right in the heart of Apulia. Our orchards, managed with innovative methods like the Zaragoza system, allow us to have low, highly productive trees that start bearing fruit from the third year onward.
We mainly cultivate two varieties: Garibaldina, bold and intense, and Filippo Cea, sweet and creamy, recognized as a Slow Food presidium.We hand-harvest every almond and carefully craft them using artisanal techniques to preserve their natural flavors, aromas, and quality. We offer you natural almonds for pure enjoyment; roasted and salted for a savory snack; or pralined for a sweet, crunchy delight.
