ix01 - IotaMetrix stand alone microscope

The ix01 is the microscope we designed and built for our own analyses. It is now available for your laboratory.

It is a standalone instrument: it needs no vacuum chamber, no sample preparation bench and no specific environment. You install it, and you measure.

A modular platform. The ix01 is built around an optical core to which measurement modules are added, so you buy the instrument that matches what you actually measure, and you extend it later rather than replacing it. Our nanoscale topography and polarimetry modules each have their own page on this platform.

One rule governs the whole instrument: non-destructive and non-invasive. No contact, no marking, no sample preparation, no vacuum and no coating, at ambient conditions, on any material including transparent and reflective ones. Lateral resolution below 90 nm. The sample you measure is the sample you put back into production.

What comes with it. We designed and built this instrument, so the people supporting you are the ones who developed it. Installation, training and scientific support are ours, and when your application needs something the standard configuration does not cover, we can adapt the instrument rather than tell you it is out of scope.

The ix01 is available for purchase or long-term lease.
