About
Raynetics builds AI+Physics software that turns electron microscope data into full 3D maps of chip structure and chemistry at sub nanometer resolution.
Chip architectures have gone vertical, so the defects that matter now sit buried inside the device. Our engine needs about ten times less input data than standard tomography, which brings a measurement down from hours to minutes. We have proven this on a 22 nm FinFET with fifteen elements mapped in 3D, and on a 3 nm gate all around transistor from FIB-SEM data. The software is hardware agnostic and runs on data from S/TEM, FIB-SEM and 4D-STEM platforms.
We are looking for project partners who can help take this from lab proof to production use. We bring the software layer, the reconstruction algorithms and the compute know how. Partners bring the instruments, the samples, the process context or the fab data. We are open to joint grant applications, co funded R&D programs, validation pilots and OEM co development.
Our track record here is solid. We run five funded research projects with Dutch and European partners, including CWI, Amsterdam Scientific Instruments and Delmic, with a roadmap funded through 2028. We are keen to extend this into India, working with fabs, ATMP and OSAT sites, metrology and failure analysis labs, research institutes and equipment makers, under national and bilateral funding programmes.
