About me
I studied Marketing and Market Research in the University of Malaga. After finishing my bachelors degree I traveled to Australia where I improved my English skills. After 6 months abroad, I came back to my hometown to build the marketing department, to be able to succeed in competing in increasingly exigent markets and broadcast the real philosophy of our company, our family business and the history of the recipes that had allowed us to become who we are today. After 4 years of experience, a Master´s degree in Marketing and Sales manager and another Master´s degree in International Hotel Management, I took over the management of the international department, with the objective of bringing the flavors of our heritage to tables all around the world.
