Medtech Innovation Event 2026

REGISTRATION AND PROFILE CREATION:

1. Register until 27 August 2026, 12 PM via the "Register now" button.

2. Create your b2match profile

   Create a strong profile to raise your attractiveness to other participants on this platform. Make it clear, concise and appealing. It should describe you, what you can offer to potential partners and who you would like to meet. A good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Once created, your profile will be live during the event and it will stay available if you participate in later editions.

3. Link yourself to an existing company profile, or create a new company profile. Make sure to check if the company already exists first by using the browsing option. If you're the first of your company to create a profile, every other member of your team joining too will be able to choose the same company.

4. Tick the "sign me up for networking" box if you want to participate in the Matchmaking Session. You can always do this at a later point, but make sure to do it if you want to have 1-to-1 meetings with other attendees.

5. Pay your ticket by choosing either the Stripe payment or bank transfer option.

6. Once registered, start browsing profiles of other attendees

   Go to Participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection.

MATCHMAKING:

The matchmaking phase starts on July 15th – you'll receive a message confirming that you can now start requesting and accepting meetings.

The amount of meetings is limited to five per person. It's first come, first served! Therefore, be proactive: initiate conversations before the event to establish stronger connections. Also, don't let others hanging – please accept or decline meeting requests as soon as possible. You can schedule meetings until 9 AM on the event day.

Checking and managing your meeting schedule:
Access and manage your meeting list in Meetings, check your personal schedule in My Schedule. Shortly before the day of the event, you will also receive an e-mail with your personal schedule.
