REGISTRATION AND PROFILE CREATION

1. Register until 27 August 2026, 12 PM via the "Register now" button.

2. Create your b2match profile to raise your attractiveness to other participants on this platform. Try to be as clear and appealing as possible — a good networking profile will generate significantly more meeting requests. Also, don't forget to link yourself to an existing company or to create a new company profile if yours doesn't exist yet.

3. Tick the "sign me up for networking" box if you want to be able to plan 1-to-1 meetings with other attendees.

4. Pay by choosing either the Stripe (credit card) or bank transfer option.

5. Once registered, start browsing profiles of other attendees

   Go to Participants list to find out who you could meet at the event and who is offering interesting and promising business opportunities. Use the filters on the right or browse through your AI Profile recommendations in the Top Matches section to narrow down your selection.

MATCHMAKING

• The matchmaking phase starts on July 1st and ends on August 31st, 2026. You'll receive an e-mail notifying you that you can now start sending meeting requests.

• You can schedule up to 5 meetings. Login to your profile to start sending invitations. Remember: It's first come, first served, so try to be proactive!

• Be polite and don't let others hanging. Please accept or decline meeting requests as soon as possible. Also note that unanswered requests automatically expire after a couple of days.

• Manage your meetings until 9 AM on event day. You can check your personal schedule in "My Schedule". You'll also receive it by e-mail a couple of days prior.
