Looking for OR equipment manufacturers seeking a distributor for Italy

Veyra Medical is a new Italian distributor based in Rome, focused on complete operating rooms delivered turnkey to private clinics, day-surgery centres and hospitals.

We are looking for manufacturers who are entering the European market or have no distributor in Italy yet, and who want a dedicated partner to build their presence here. We prefer companies covering more than one of our five areas: OR equipment (surgical lights, operating tables, trolleys, pendants), OR devices (electrosurgical units, anaesthesia, patient monitors, suction), modular operating theatres, air handling (laminar and turbulent airflow, HEPA) and surgical instruments (single-use and reusable).

What we offer: a small portfolio, so your products are central to our offer and not one line among dozens; sales through complete turnkey projects, together with a construction partner for the building works; local presence in Rome and access to the Italian private healthcare sector; in-house legal and regulatory competence, including distributor obligations under MDR (EU) 2017/745.

What we look for: CE marking under MDR, with an EU Authorised Representative for non-EU manufacturers; openness to working with a newly established distributor; competitive quality/price ratio, spare parts, documentation and technical training.

Type of cooperation: distribution agreement for Italy (exclusive or non-exclusive) or commercial agency. Happy to meet online before MEDICA or at the fair on 17-18 November.
