Interactika Association
Bulgaria
About
Association Interactika is a Bulgarian public-benefit non-profit organisation based in Sofia. We are interested in joining a transnational consortium under ESF-SI-2026-ROMA NEETs-01, Strand II “Supporting access to the labour market for Roma NEETs”, as a co-applicant or associated partner.
Our organisation promotes education, social inclusion, equal opportunities, active participation and the development of children, young people and adults, with particular attention to people from vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. Our team brings professional expertise in education, non-formal learning, digital skills, youth engagement, project management and cooperation with educational and community stakeholders.
We can contribute to a Bulgarian pilot through:
• outreach and engagement of young participants;
• non-formal education and inclusive learning activities;
• digital, communication and employability skills;
• career orientation and preparation for employment;
• mentoring and individual participant support;
• youth participation and community-based activities;
• cooperation with educational organisations, employers and local stakeholders;
• dissemination, awareness-raising and peer-learning activities.
We are particularly interested in helping develop an integrated pathway combining outreach, individual needs assessment, tailored skills development, mentoring, employer engagement and sustainable transition to employment or self-employment for Roma NEETs aged 15–29.
We are seeking cooperation with:
• an eligible EU-level Roma network or national-level Roma organisation acting as project coordinator;
• public employment services, job centres or employment agencies;
• municipalities and other public authorities;
• employers, SMEs and social enterprises;
• VET providers and educational organisations;
• research, evaluation and civil society partners from other eligible countries.
Country: Bulgaria
Preferred role: Co-applicant or associated partner responsible for non-formal education, participant engagement, mentoring, skills development and local pilot activities.
