Interactika Association

Association Interactika is a Bulgarian non-profit public-benefit organisation based in Sofia. We promote education, social inclusion, equal opportunities, active participation and the personal and professional development of children, young people and adults, with particular attention to people from vulnerable and disadvantaged groups.

Our team brings professional expertise in education, non-formal learning, digital skills, youth engagement, project management and cooperation with educational institutions and community stakeholders. We are interested in developing practical and inclusive approaches that help young people overcome barriers to education, training, employment and active participation in society.

Under Strand II “Supporting access to the labour market for Roma NEETs”, Association Interactika is seeking to join an experienced transnational consortium as a co-applicant or associated partner. We are particularly interested in contributing to participant engagement, non-formal education, digital and employability skills, mentoring, community-based activities, dissemination and cooperation with relevant stakeholders in Bulgaria.

We are looking to cooperate with an eligible EU-level Roma network or national Roma organisation acting as coordinator, public employment services, municipalities, employers, vocational education and training providers, research organisations and civil society partners.

We are open to jointly developing and piloting an integrated pathway combining outreach, individual needs assessment, tailored learning, mentoring, employer engagement and sustainable transition to employment or self-employment for Roma NEETs aged 15–29.
