Greek social enterprise seeking a Strand II consortium for Roma NEET support and employment readiness

Ippokratia Diaviosi is a Social Cooperative Enterprise based in Thessaloniki, Greece, operating since 2016. We provide psychologist-led individual support on a daily basis, group wellbeing activities, adult education and experiential training. Our President and Legal Representative, Evangelos Dafopoulos, is a psychologist specialising in clinical hypnotherapy.

We are seeking to join an established consortium under Strand II – Supporting access to the labour market of Roma NEETs – as an additional partner from Greece, not as coordinator.

Our potential contribution includes:

• Psychosocial needs assessment and individual and group support.

• Motivation, mentoring, soft-skills development and employment-readiness activities.

• Adult learning and experiential workshops.

• Wellbeing and job-retention follow-up.

• Pilot implementation in Greece, in cooperation with Roma-led organisations responsible for community outreach and participant recruitment.

• Participant feedback, monitoring and impact evaluation.

We do not claim to represent Roma communities. All community engagement would be co-designed and implemented with appropriate Roma organisations, public employment services and relevant public authorities.

We are interested in consortia that include an eligible Roma organisation as coordinator, the required public employment service or competent authority from the same country, and complementary partners from other eligible Member States. We are ready to discuss specific work packages, resources, responsibilities and timelines.
