Integration partners wanted: ship-management software, onboard IT platforms and verifiers for compliance-priced voyage routing

The partnership

NavOptix is a voyage optimiser that prices every route option with fuel, time, canal tolls, emission-area fuel and the carbon-compliance cost: EU Emissions Trading System (EU ETS) allowances, FuelEU Maritime compliance cost at the statutory rate, and the Carbon Intensity Indicator (CII) grade. It works before the voyage starts. Most tools our target owners already use work after it, when the voyage is reported. We want to connect the two.

We are looking for three kinds of partner.

1. Ship-management and fleet-performance software vendors

Your platform holds the fleet's daily reports, maintenance records and emissions reporting. NavOptix adds the pre-departure answer: which routing, at what fuel, with what compliance cost. The data flow runs both ways. Your daily reports feed our departure, noon and arrival reconciliation. Our route options and compliance figures appear inside your platform through our HTTP API. The chosen route goes to the bridge as an RTZ file for ECDIS import. The owner keeps working in one system.

2. Connectivity and onboard IT platforms

If you own the vessel's compute and connection, NavOptix can run as a hosted application in your shore-managed environment. It ships as a Docker container. Your vessels get compliance-priced routing without new hardware on board, and you add a product category to your portfolio in the first year the EU ETS covers 100% of in-scope emissions.

3. Classification societies and verifiers

You verify the emissions report at year end. NavOptix produces the forecast at the start of each voyage, with every figure traced to a computation. We want to discuss how a pre-voyage forecast and a verified report can reference each other, and whether your innovation or start-up programmes fit a company at our stage. NavOptix is decision support. It does not replace a verifier or a class filing.

What we bring

- A live product, in continuous development since March 2026.

- A physics-based fuel model calibrated per hull from the owner's own noon reports.

- Weather-aware routing with Traffic Separation Scheme compliance at the main straits.

- Regulation drawn on the chart, so the compliance cost is inside the route, not in a spreadsheet afterwards.

What we ask from a partner

A 30-minute conversation at Europort Istanbul, followed by a technical call. The first joint step we propose is a paid three-month pilot on two to three of a shared customer's vessels, on one trade lane, with the partner's data feeding the calibration.
