September 6-7 2026 | Rēzekne, Latvia

The Latvian Dual-Use Export Forum 2026 brings together Latvian and international companies, defence stakeholders, government institutions, investors and NATO/EU system integrators for two days of demonstrations, expert exchange and structured matchmaking.

As dual-use technology, defence innovation and resilient supply chains become strategic priorities across Europe, the Forum provides a platform for companies to present their capabilities, establish new partnerships and connect directly with potential customers, suppliers, investors, system integrators and public-sector stakeholders.

The programme begins on September 6 with the Industry Day during Military Exercise NAMEJS, featuring defence technology demonstrations organised by the Ministry of Defence of Latvia. Participants will have an opportunity to discover Latvia’s defence innovation ecosystem, connect with military and industry leaders, and experience technology demonstrations on land, water and in the air.

The programme on September 6 will also include optional Company Visits organised by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) to LEAX Rēzekne, Bee Tactics and VEREMS, followed by the Forum opening, networking and B2B matchmaking.

On September 7, the Latvian Dual-Use Export Forum continues with its main conference day, featuring keynote addresses, panel discussions, the EXPO area, structured B2B matchmaking and networking with industry leaders.

An additional programme will take place in Riga on September 8, including Company Visits organised by the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) to TAGINN, RAW and Redwire Defense Tech Riga.

Participation in the Company Visits will require separate registration. The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) will open the registration shortly, and further details will be announced on the event platform.
