Proposal Support

Project Management Office (PMO)
Once a project is approved, K&S can run it as an independent PMO: setting up governance, registers and document workflows; acting as the communication hub between coordinator, partners and external stakeholders; organizing meetings; tracking actions and decisions; managing deliverables, milestones and the reporting; coordinating dissemination activities; and continuously monitoring project health and risks. Optional add-ons: IT infrastructure and website hosting.

Financial Controlling & Audit Support
K&S operates the financial backbone for clients with funding project engagements: validating cost claims, preparing interim and final reports; calculating hourly/monthly rates; tracking financial status; supporting amendments, budget reallocations or unlocking of funds; maintaining complete, audit-proof documentation over the full project duration; and preparing post-project or in-project audits.
