• Coordinator touchpoint for planning, escalations and decision preparation

Communication and meetings

• Act as central hub between coordinator and partners

• Schedule and organize meetings/telcos; align agendas

• Track action items

Planning, deliverables and reporting

• Maintain the overall project plan; monitor slippage

• Maintain change logs and coordinate scope/schedule changes

• Track deliverables & milestones

Progress and risk monitoring

• Consolidate status updates and prepare project reviews

• Operate the risk management according to established best-practices

Dissemination

• PR activities and visual identity of the project

• Project website and dissemination channels (LinkedIn, newsletters)

• Coordinate events & participation; congresses, exhibitions, workshops
