Circular Economy

I work as an Innovation Manager at GND Partners, a sustainable investment and EU funding advisory active in Horizon Europe Clusters 4–5–6. Together with a major industrial water-technology provider we are shaping new proposals for the 2026–2027 calls in the areas of circular and climate-neutral industry, advanced materials and digitalisation.

We want to build the projects around the real pain points of industrial end-users and utilities, not abstract research topics. In particular we are exploring three families of problems:
– high-salinity concentrates and brines generated by industrial water reuse / ZLD systems,
– wastewater and residual streams containing recalcitrant organics and mobile industrial chemicals (e.g. PFAS, APIs, industrial additives),
– integrated water loops in industrial parks and symbiosis clusters, where several companies share reclaimed water and need robust digital and governance solutions.

– industrial companies (chemicals, textiles, food & beverage, mining, energy, industrial laundries, others) that already operate, or plan to operate, high-recovery water reuse and struggle with concentrates or complex contaminants;
– utilities and industrial park operators responsible for advanced treatment plants, semi-closed water cycles or industrial-urban symbiosis initiatives;
– cluster organisations that represent several industrial sites with these challenges.

GND Partners brings expertise in EU project design (HE Clusters 4–5–6), exploitation and investment readiness, together with a large SME/industry network and a platform for sustainable transition. The water-technology partner contributes full-scale engineering and a broad portfolio of modular solutions for industrial reuse, brine management and removal/degradation of recalcitrant compounds.

We are looking for motivated end-users who would like to co-define use-cases, host pilots or replication sites, and jointly build strong consortia for upcoming Horizon Europe calls.
