About me
Bruno Godin is the head of the cereal sorting and technology laboratory at the Walloon Agricultural Research Center (CRA-W). First, he fulfilled in Belgium his Master and PhD in Agricultural science and Biological engineering, and has done in the USA a post-doctoral research about the suitability of plant biomasses to be bioprocessing for the production of biofuels and chemical precursors for bio-based products. Then, he joined the cereal sorting and technology laboratory at CRA-W to assess and enhance the suitability of cereals to be processed mainly the production of bread with wheat and spelt, and of beer with barley.
