As a food scientist specializing in vibrational spectroscopy (IR/Raman) and AI-based data analysis, I am interested in collaborating on Horizon Europe projects focused on food quality, safety, authenticity, and fraud detection. My expertise covers spectral data acquisition, preprocessing, chemometrics, machine learning modelling, and integrating spectroscopy into rapid, non-destructive evaluation pipelines.
