• Agricultural Biotechnology & Microbiology: Extensive experience in the isolation and characterization of microalgae and bacteria from agricultural ecosystems, particularly focusing on rice (çeltik) and hazelnut production.

• Bioinformatics: Proficient in in silico characterization, resistome analysis, and shotgun metagenomics to study rhizosphere soil microbiomes.

• Biopesticide Development: Investigating the biopesticide potential of cyanobacteria extracts (e.g., Phormidium sp.) against invasive species like Halyomorpha halys.

Current Affiliation and Role: I am a researcher at the Black Sea Agricultural Research Institute (TAGEM) and a master's candidate at Ondokuz Mayıs University. My work bridges the gap between fundamental molecular biology and applied agricultural solutions.
