Artico Energy Management, S.L. (Valencia, ES) and Energías Sostenibles, S.L. (Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, ES – Less Developed Region) are preparing an IH-MIE proposal under Challenge 2 – Refuelling infrastructure.

H2PASS adds the missing digital layer to hydrogen refuelling stations. It provides capacity-aware slot booking based on the real physical state of the station (storage pressure, compressor availability, pre-cooling, electrolyser output), operations and maintenance management, AFIR Art. 20 / Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/655 data publication in DATEX II to National Access Points, and optimisation of hydrogen supply against renewable generation and electricity prices. The deployment case is a new HRS promoted in La Roda (Albacete), on the A-31 corridor, with on-site electrolysis and PV self-consumption.

We are looking for:

1. HRS operators or owners willing to host a pilot in 2027
2. fleet operators (trucks, vans, buses, forklifts) interested in guaranteed booked refuelling
3. SMEs with HRS engineering, PLC or dispenser integration expertise, preferably from Less Developed Regions
4. owners of IH-MIE pioneer use cases (HRS with on-site production, refuelling simulators) interested in a smart coordination platform.
