Already validated at two commercial hydrogen refuelling stations in Spain, VeripHy is a mobile Hydrogen Station Testing Apparatus (HSTA) that emulates a vehicle’s compressed hydrogen storage system to test refuelling performance, safety responses and hydrogen quality under real operating conditions.
Through the IH-MIE project, we aim to take VeripHy from TRL 6 to TRL 9, transforming the current prototype into a CE-marked, trailer-mounted and market-ready solution. The upgrade will expand its testing capability to multiple SAE J2601 vehicle categories, enhance control and automated data logging, and culminate in a commercial validation campaign at a live HRS.
We are looking to connect with HRS operators, station owners and technology providers interested in improving the reliability and quality of hydrogen refuelling infrastructure. In particular, we are seeking opportunities to carry out the final validation campaign at an operating HRS and to collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers of key components required for the commercial version.
