The ALETHEIA project ambition is effectiveness and truthfulness maximation though the acquisition and management of real data during refuelling process by means of cutting-edge technologies guarantee the security and quality.

The unique ALETHEIA characteristics allows this high-pressure equipment, 70 MPa, to simulate the operational fuelling process of hydrogen fuelled vehicles. Simulated under secure conditions of usual fuelling process or failures, always by the with the aim of obtaining the largest volume of information based in real data. Surpassing the insurmountable obstacles of the current long inactivity period during or the conformity testing and subsequent maintenance phases due to the use of private conventional Fuel Cell Electrical Vehicles, FCEH.

Reliable distribution links hydrogen production with end-use in mobility applications. Solutions may focus on infrastructure, system interfaces, operational concepts, or digital control that enhance efficiency, safety, and regulatory alignment. Particular attention is given to approaches that reduce complexity, improve compatibility with refuelling systems, and strengthen overall system reliability.

Data-driven operational validation of HRS will result on their complexity understanding and optimization accomplish with regulation need, and, meanwhile, becoming a tool for new innovative concept implementation in the vehicle-station interactions.
