Vehicle, Charging and Fleet Operations Software Partner for Zero-Emission Public Transport

Bozankaya Teknoloji develops the software layer of electrified public transport. Our scope is embedded software, interface definition, system integration and commissioning for electric buses, trolleybuses, trams and metro systems.

What we develop: vehicle and equipment control software (VCU / ECU / DDU); intelligent charging management systems (ICMS) implementing OCPP 2.0.1 and ISO 15118; and fleet operations platforms (ITCS / AVMS) built on ITxPT, IBIS-IP and GTFS-RT. We work to ISO 26262 for functional safety and to UNECE R155 / R156 for vehicle cybersecurity and software update management.

What we bring to a consortium: our systems run in electric bus, trolleybus and tram fleets that are in daily passenger service. That gives access to operational data from real duty cycles, including vehicle-side signals, charging session records and fleet operation data, together with the integration experience needed to instrument a working demonstrator rather than a test bench.

The work package we would take: onboard and depot-side data acquisition; interface definition between vehicles, charging infrastructure and the operations back-office; system integration and commissioning; and the software-side contribution to demonstration and validation activities.

Who we are looking for: coordinators and consortia preparing proposals under HORIZON-CL5-2027-03-D5-03, D5-04, D5-05 and D5-06. We would also be glad to speak with vehicle manufacturers, charging infrastructure suppliers, public transport operators, distribution system operators, and research organisations working on life cycle assessment, component health and circularity, where a software and data role complements their own.
