Part II – For Supervisors of Steel Structure Assembly

Execution classes of structures.

CE marking and the system for identifying fasteners.

Production, testing, and mechanical properties of fasteners.

Execution and inspection of standard connections.

Execution and inspection of preloaded connections (preloading methods, calibration tests, bolt k-classes, butt and friction connections – preparation and inspection).

Basic information on the design of bolted connections.
Practical Training – Assembly and Supervision of Bolted Structural Joints According to PN-EN 1090

Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) and Fire Protection, including basic construction law elements.

Bolt assembly instructions – discussion based on PN-EN 1090.

Familiarization with technical drawings of bolted joints and their components.

Overview of tools and equipment used in bolted connections.

Execution of bolted connections.

Inspection and quality control of bolted connections.

Who Should Attend
This training is intended for personnel responsible for the assembly and supervision of bolted connections in projects involving bolted building structures, in accordance with the requirements of PN-EN 1090.
Employers are required to assign personnel with the appropriate qualifications to strategic tasks to ensure the required level of safety and quality in bolted structural assemblies.
Course Objective
Upon completion of the training, participants will be able to independently execute bolted connections in building projects according to the PN-EN 1090 standard.
