About

INTRO: Seeking technology and delivery partners for Integrated / Cascade Biorefineries and relevant Infrastructure with 15 sites across Africa identified and 1st project now in development in West Africa.

We are developing an Integrated Bioeconomy Networks in Africa, (IBNA) connecting agricultural feedstock (Bio-waste and energy crops with potential MSW) with renewable fuels, fertilisers, biobased products, water reuse and renewable power.(Cascade Biorefinery)

We offer a defined project-development opportunity and a route to potential collaboration across the wider IBNA programme.

We are looking for OEMs, technology licensors and engineering partners with relevant operating references, clear responsibilities for their process packages and the capacity to support installation, commissioning, operator training and long-term maintenance in continental Africa.

The immediate objective is supplier qualification and technical follow-up. Please identify your relevant technology, reference installations and the part of the project you can take responsibility for.

ITEM 2 - Renewable gas and CO₂

Seeking biogas upgrading, bio-LNG, green Hydrogen and biogenic CO₂ technology suppliers

We seek suppliers for biogas treatment and upgrading, biomethane liquefaction, gas storage and handling, and biogenic CO₂ recovery, purification, liquefaction and utilisation.

We want to understand the required inlet conditions, delivered product quality, recovery rates, energy and water consumption, emissions, turndown capability and interfaces between packages.

Please bring relevant operating references and explain your package boundaries, performance guarantees and service arrangements for West Africa.

We offer the opportunity to qualify for further engagement on Participation in our bioeconomy Infrastructure projects. Meetings should lead to a technical information exchange and, where useful, a reference-plant or demonstration visit.

ITEM 3 - Utilities and plant integration

Seeking utility and process-integration partners for a biocircular facility

We seek partners for solar PV and battery storage, electrical controls, process heat recovery, cooling, water treatment and reuse, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, instrumentation and plant safety systems.

The project’s operating-power approach is based on solar PV and battery storage. Biomethane and bio-LNG are commercial products; CHP is intended for standby use.

We want suppliers who can explain their equipment’s operating requirements and how it connects with the wider facility, including variable operation, maintenance, redundancy and control interfaces.

We offer a project-development opportunity for qualified suppliers. Our immediate objective is to identify suitable packages, establish responsibilities and arrange focused technical follow-up.

ITEM 4 - European technology visits

Seeking operating-plant, demonstration and manufacturing visits in Europe

We would like to arrange visits to relevant operating plants, demonstration facilities, test centres and OEM manufacturing sites in Germany, the Netherlands, Switzerland and Austria.

Our priorities include biomass processing, biogas upgrading, bio-LNG, Green Hydrogen, biogenic CO₂ upgrading, water reuse, renewable power and storage, and supporting process equipment.

The purpose is to see the technology operating, understand practical requirements and discuss suitability for our Benin project.

Please indicate the facility location, technology available to view, whether customer permission is required and possible visit dates. We can discuss a separate visit around our Hamburg travel, subject to availability.
