Bio-LNG / Biofuels, hydrogen and aviation-fuel pathways
Managing Director at Grüner Bioeconomy
Cape Town, South Africa
About
Grüner is developing African cascade biorefineries to connect agricultural biomass and suitable biowaste with renewable-fuel and industrial markets.
Our product portfolio and development pathways include:
• Bio-LNG and biomethane for shipping, transport and industry.
• Hydrogen and renewable methanol pathways for marine fuels, industrial use and energy carriers.
• Sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) pathways, including suitable intermediates and collaboration with downstream fuel producers.
• Upgraded biogenic CO₂ for industrial applications and fuel synthesis.
• Biobased chemicals, material intermediates and recovered fertilisers.
We seek shipping companies, bunker suppliers, airlines, aviation-fuel producers, fuel traders, distributors and industrial buyers to discuss specifications, certification, logistics and potential offtake.
Our first project is under development in West Africa, within a programme of 15 identified African sites. Meet Grüner to explore future supply partnerships and the production pathways that meet your requirements.
Product availability, volumes and certification will be established as each project and pathway develops.
