During the event, there will be dedicated time for scheduled one-to-one networking meetings. You can set these up in advance through the B2Match platform by browsing attendee profiles and sending meeting requests before the day.

How to get started:

1. Register for the event

2. Create your profile: Add a short bio, your skills and interests, what you can offer, and who you are looking to meet. A complete profile will make it easier for other attendees to find you and send requests your way.

3. Browse attendee profiles: Visit the participants list to explore who will be at the event. Use the filters or check the Top Matches section for AI-suggested connections based on your profile.

4. Send and receive meeting requests: Send requests to anyone you want to meet during the networking sessions. You can also message participants ahead of the event to introduce yourself before the day.

5. Manage your schedule: View and manage all your meetings under My Schedule or Meetings in the platform. This gives you a full overview of your day.

If you would prefer not to receive meeting requests from other attendees, you can turn off your visibility in your account settings.
