INDIGO MED is a strategic impact, stakeholder-engagement and communication partner for EU-funded projects.
We help consortia transform research and innovation results into credible pathways for stakeholder uptake, public value and long-term legacy. Beyond project visibility, we support results mapping, stakeholder analysis, impact pathways, exploitation planning, engagement and co-creation activities, KPI frameworks and evidence gathering.
We translate complex research into clear narratives, practical tools and targeted engagement actions for end users, policymakers, practitioners, communities and the wider public. Our services include dissemination, exploitation and communication planning; stakeholder engagement; science communication; digital storytelling; interactive narratives; websites; visual identity; multimedia; campaigns; capacity building; and impact monitoring.
