INDIGO MED is a strategic impact, stakeholder-engagement and communication partner for EU-funded projects.
We help consortia transform research and innovation results into credible pathways for stakeholder uptake, public value and long-term legacy. Beyond project visibility, we support results mapping, stakeholder analysis, impact pathways, exploitation planning, engagement and co-creation activities, KPI frameworks and evidence gathering.
We translate complex research into clear narratives, practical tools and targeted engagement actions for end users, policymakers, practitioners, communities and the wider public.
