Romanian Pilot Partner for Biodiversity, Human Health and One Health Research
Vicepresident at Asociatia Pasi prin Lume
Botosani, Romania
About
Pasi prin Lume is seeking to join a Horizon Europe consortium as a Romanian pilot and community engagement partner for interdisciplinary research at the biodiversity–health interface under a One Health approach.
We can provide access to a forest-based pilot site in Botosani County, north-eastern Romania, where research partners can test and evaluate inclusive nature-based interventions, participatory methodologies and community-oriented solutions.
Our organisation works with children, young people, persons with disabilities, families, schools, local authorities and civil society organisations. We can support the ethical recruitment and involvement of diverse participants, following the research protocols and consent procedures established by the consortium.
Our potential contributions include:
• implementing a Romanian community pilot;
• engaging rural and urban stakeholders;
• co-designing accessible nature-based activities;
• supporting data collection according to scientific protocols;
• organising workshops, focus groups and citizen engagement activities;
• communicating research results in accessible formats;
• supporting dissemination, policy dialogue and local uptake.
Pasi prin Lume does not seek to lead the scientific or clinical research components. We aim to complement universities and research institutes through local implementation capacity, inclusion expertise, community access and a suitable outdoor pilot environment.
We are looking for universities, public health and environmental research institutes, municipalities, NGOs, data specialists and coordinators preparing proposals for HORIZON-NATURE-2027-03-01.
