Chipletti is a UK-based fabless semiconductor design company focused on advancing AI inference performance through innovative 3D memory solutions. We develop memory chiplets and licensable interconnect IP that enables cost-effective 3D stacking, allowing AI hardware companies to expand memory capacity without significantly increasing power consumption. Our technology targets the critical metric of performance per watt per mm², addressing memory bottlenecks in high-performance, energy-efficient AI systems.

About me

I am co-founder of Chipletti, where we are developing a vertically integrated 3D stacked chiplet based physical AI accelerator designed specifically for power constrained autonomous systems.

My background spans semiconductor design and operations. At Chipletti, I focus on product direction, partnerships and aligning our hardware roadmap with real world robotics workloads. We work closely with customers to ensure our architecture delivers deterministic latency, high FPS per watt and long term adaptability to evolving AI models.

I am particularly interested in speaking with robotics companies facing performance or power bottlenecks in perception, navigation or onboard AI processing.
