About

We are a UK-based semiconductor startup developing licensable IP for high-bandwidth, low-power 3D memory interfaces. We are looking for a collaborative partner to co-develop a hardware demonstrator that highlights the performance advantages of stacked 3D SRAM chiplets over conventional 2D architectures.

The goal is to create a silicon demonstrator system that showcases measurable improvements in bandwidth, latency, and energy efficiency. This could involve adapting an existing SoC design or building a custom compute pipeline (e.g. AI, edge inference, or HPC-oriented workload) that benefits from memory stacking.

The project can form the basis for joint grant applications or IP co-development. Let’s explore how stacked SRAM chiplets can unlock new levels of compute performance.
