About
Norm Fasteners was founded in 1973 and became a subsidiary brand of Norm Holding in 2017. Norm Fasteners is one of the leading fastener manufacturer in the world with 12 production facilities in Turkey. Norm Holding has 8 logistic centers in Germany, France, Romania, Poland, UK, Canada, USA and China.
With more than 3500 employees and 5 R&D and Desgin Centers, we put approximately 50 years of experience in national and the international market. We operate mainly in the automotive, spare parts, white goods, electronics, furniture, construction and machinery sectors.

As Norm Fasteners R&D Team, we develop innovative solutions to customers’ demands, problems and expectations. In this context, we design fasteners with reduced weight to be used in environmentally friendly electric vehicles. We carry out projects to design and produce ultra-high strength and innovative fasteners which is a rising trend in the fastener industry. We produce fasteners from different materials, such as stainless steel and aluminum to meet the demands of our business partners for high corrosion resistance, and lightweight fasteners.
Especially in recent years, with the increasing importance of sustainability, circular economy, recycling/valorization of end of life product, scraps or critical raw materials, Norm Fasteners R&D Center has focused on these issues in relation with the fastener design and production processes.
To support our design activities, we carry out mechanical and characterizations tests such as self-loosing, vibration, fatigue, and torque tests of the products developed by our R&D team in our test laboratory.
We are proud to share our studies to pioneer the sector and inspire different inventions by making national and international patent applications for the innovative products & solutions that we have developed in response to the needs of the industry and customers.
Norm Fasteners is one of the founding members of EUREKA SMART Advanced Manufacturing Cluster. Norm Fasteners is one of the partners of “CryoMach” which is a EUREKA SMART project with partners from Spain, Sweden and Turkey.
